desarrollar la concentraci\u00f3n y otorga al practicante capacidad para saber relajarse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sus movimientos suaves y armoniosos inducen a un \u00abmasaje interno\u00bb de los \u00f3rganos, lo que favorece su mejor funcionamiento.
